At Global Mentorship Initiative, our mission is to bridge the gap between graduation and first career jobs for aspiring young professionals.

We envision a world where every young person, regardless of where they are born, can access dignified work and meaningful career opportunities. By 2030, we aim to connect 250,000 students and displaced refugee learners to jobs, through our scalable mentorship programs.
