Make a Difference through Microsoft #Give2025
This October, Microsoft professionals can amplify their global impact in just one hour through GMI’s #Give2025 Micro-Volunteering Event.
You’ll join an interactive panel discussion between a GMI student and a Microsoft mentor and contribute your real-world insights on how to navigate a rapidly evolving job market being reshaped by AI. Your valuable input will help the next generation of young professionals and improve GMI’s resources that reach over 14,000 GMI students worldwide.
Ways to get involved
GMI’s Micro-volunteer event sessions are free to join and open to all individual Microsoft employees, Giving Champs, and teams in all regions. Below GMI has provided instructions for Give Champs & Team Leaders to promote the event with their teams and for Individuals Microsoft Employees & Ambassadors to share the event with their Give Champ.
Give Champs & Team Leaders
Promote a GMI Give Event Session with your team:
- Click the session on the calendar below that’s best suited to your team.
- Follow the instructions on the secure Microsoft Webinar Registration page to register yourself for the session.
- Check your mailbox for the session access link.
- Forward the session to your team from your Outlook calendar or send the webinar registration link for the session to your team, with instructions on how they can get involved. Please click here to use our prewritten invitation boilerplate. Please feel free to edit the boilerplate as needed.
- Remind your team after the event to log their volunteer hour and Microsoft will provide an in-kind donation to GMI.

Individuals & Ambassadors
