#Give2025: An Exclusive Opportunity for Microsoft Mentors
Thank you for being part of the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI) community! Your dedication as a mentor has helped students and young professionals around the world gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
This October, during the Microsoft Giving Campaign, GMI is offering a special volunteer opportunity exclusively for Microsoft mentors. These one-hour virtual sessions are a chance to build on the impact you’ve already made by helping students prepare for a workforce being reshaped by AI.
Since 2020, nearly 2,000 Microsoft professionals have supported more than 13,000 students and young professionals through GMI’s structured mentorship program. Together, we can grow this impact even further during #Give2025.
Why Join a Give Event
These 60-minute, non-technical sessions bring together Microsoft mentors, a GMI student, and a GMI facilitator for a guided conversation about the future of work.
During the session, you will:
- Share career insights and experiences with a GMI student.
- Help shape GMI’s AI-focused curriculum, ensuring it reflects real-world workplace skills.
- Make a direct and meaningful impact — no technical background required, just your perspective.

Thank you for your continued commitment to mentorship — and for helping make #Give2025 the most impactful Microsoft Giving Campaign yet!
