Comment cela fonctionne

Chaque séance de mentorat est accompagnée d’un guide et de supports destinés aux étudiants, tous disponibles dans notre portail des mentors.

Des e-mails hebdomadaires envoyés par GMI permettent de maintenir l’engagement des étudiants et de les aider à rester sur la bonne voie. Des outils tels que des modèles d’e-mails aident les mentors à communiquer avec leurs étudiants après chaque séance, leur faisant ainsi gagner un temps précieux.

Le programme se compose de 12 séances virtuelles d’une heure, organisées via une plateforme de visioconférence. Les étudiants et les mentors définissent ensemble leur propre planning. Il n’y a aucune obligation de maintenir le contact au-delà de ces 12 séances.

Le parcours du mentorat de GMI

Les mentors doivent :

Avoir au moins 25 ans
Disposer d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine choisi ou être actuellement en activité professionnelle
