Affiliated with a GMI youth partner organization, university, or college
Proficient in English or French
Access to a video capable PC with a stable internet, not just a smartphone
Can commit to actively engage in all 12 one-hour virtual sessions with your mentor
Will complete degree or certificate program within 2 years of application or has completed a degree or certificate program and is still searching for first career job
Has less than 3 years of professional job experience
First-generation college student or qualifies/qualified for educational financial aid
18 years old or older at time of application
