Mentorship Pathway

The GMI career readiness mentorship program follows a structured and easy-to-follow curriculum that can be adapted for each unique combination of student and mentor. All mentorships cover the same content to ensure measurable impact for students and supportive guidance for mentors. This program allows mentorship pairs to build affinity organically, fostering true human connection that transcends difference

GMI’s mentorship program consists of 12 one-hour virtual sessions via a videoconferencing platform. Students and mentors set their own schedule.



We match students who are preparing to graduate and enter the workforce with mentors from over 100 companies, including Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Orange. The mentorship focuses on building confidence and developing soft skills that are transferable across any industry.
