Eligibility & Requirements
- Affiliated with a GMI youth partner organization, university, or college
- Commit to actively engage in 12 one-hour virtual sessions with your mentor
- Proficient in either English or French
- Access to a video capable PC with a stable internet, not just a smartphone
- Less than three years working in a professional career environment

Education Status:
- In the final 2 years of bachelor’s degree and not pursuing further education, or
- In the final year of an associates or technical degree and not pursuing further education, or
- Recently graduated and looking for your first career
- Between the ages of 20 - 35 at time of application
- Either a First-Generation college student or a recipient of a Pell Grant, state financial aid, or other needs-based scholarship

What We Do
GMI prepares students to obtain their first job after graduating from a college or university. This is accomplished through a structured, short-term, online mentorship with a business professional enhanced through the power of AI.
GMI partners with 45 universities and organizations representing students from over 90 countries.
GMI mentorship guides students to:
