Eligibility & Requirements

  • Affiliated with a GMI youth partner organization, university, or college
  • Proficient in English or French
  • Access to a video capable PC with a stable internet, not just a smartphone
  • Can commit to actively engage in all 12 one-hour virtual sessions with your mentor
  • Will complete degree or certificate program within 2 years of application or has completed a degree or certificate program and is still searching for first career job
  • Has less than 3 years of professional job experience
  • First-generation college student or qualifies/qualified for educational financial aid
  • 18 years old or older at time of application

What We Do

GMI prepares students to obtain their first job after graduating from a college or university. This is accomplished through a structured, short-term, online mentorship with a business professional enhanced through the power of AI.
